Ever-since the world came into existence, Allah has sent, from time to time, 124,000 Prophets and Messengers for the betterment of society, to curse the evil and the guide the people to obey Allah’s Command, The first Prophet was Adam and the final Prophet is Muhammad (peace be upon them all). The author presents a brief sketch of f 26 Prophets mentioned in the Holy Qur’an, in chronological order, to study the evolution of society, its expanding religion and worship, politics and administration, social psychologies and customs.
