Our goal at IBC is to process your order ASAP and have it sent out ASAP. In most cases this is the same business day the order is received, or the next business day.

BRISBANE / HOBART METRO (3-4 Business Days)

PERTH / DARWIN METRO (5-9 Business Days)


Express deliveries – Next Day delivery from date of posting, as long as you are within the Express Post delivery zone.


Regional Deliveries

Depending on where you are located in Australia it can take 3-10 Days for your order to arrive.


Flat Rate Shipping

Applies to all order less than 5kg with a Metropolitan city address within Australia, charged at the flat fee of $12.00

The vast majority of orders across Australia fall within the Flat Fee Australia Wide Shipping Guarantee.

If your order is in excess of 5 Kg OR outside of a metropolitan Australia address delivery zone, we will seek the next best shipping option for you and confirm with you prior to sending the order.

Extra large frames and Extra Large Home Decor items may be charged additional delivery fees.

Please note that some of the very heavy and fragile items on the website are not available for delivery, as we cannot guarantee they will arrive safely. You may order these using our “Click & Collect” option.

International shipping will be calculated and discussed with each customer prior to despatching the order.

IBC uses courier firms to deliver our orders as they provide full tracking facilities. Where courier companies cannot be used, then we use Australia Post.

IBC recommends customers supply a delivery address that will have someone at the premises to receive the order during business hours. A business address is preferable to a residential address to ensure no missed deliveries.


Click & Collect

An alternative service to shipping is “Click & Collect”. This is a FREE service.

Items can be can be collected from: IBC 207-211 Sydney Road, Coburg Victoria 3058 during standard business hours. Allow 2 days for an order to be processed.

Upon entering IBC Coburg inform the staff member that you have a “Click & Collect” order to collect. Provide the order number and the name under which the order was made.

If you would like to “Click & Collect” at IBC West a staff member will contact you to let you know when your item will be available to collect from our Hoppers Crossing store.


FAQ – Shipping

Who is responsible for the delivery once it leaves IBC ?

Please note that once orders have been shipped to the address provided to us in your order, they will become the customer’s responsibility.


Who is responsible for re-delivery if the order is returned to IBC ?

If for any reason orders are returned back to IBC due to incorrect delivery address, or incorrect delivery due to no one being at the address to receive the goods, or failure to pick up items from a designated pick up point, any additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer to resend items.


Return Shipping

If you choose to return any items, all shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

If it is more convenient to return the item to one of our stores, this can be arranged with one of our staff.

Shipping costs at the time of sending the original order to the customer are non-refundable. If you decide to return an item and request a refund for that item, the cost of the original shipping will not be refunded. Only the cost for the item ordered will be refunded. This refund will only apply to items that are broken or faulty.
